    Bear in mind that there’s some “special” ids names to handle, too. Specifically, look at how the faction ids names are handled, as well as zone names (for nebulae and asteroid fields). If they’re not in the right place with the right naming patterns, they won’t show up in certain circumstances, such as mission descriptions.

    I’m sure I’m forgetting a few other special cases.

    Persistent Destructibles is already applied to the mod from the very start, so this issue is solved. THX anyway…

    Sorry If I started it first. I just only want to know why it is not working correctly, now that I know that a client hook is needed to make it work then I will wait for a release soon. And by the way, I will not take any of your owned works as mine. I was just only asking for help and I will only use it for personal fun. I respect your team for the work and time you made to make the mod better.

    It’s been awhile since I used FLe but that sounds like the DLL that it’s still write protected, if you aren’t already I’d suggest using a new dll for your mod data
    I’ve uploaded one from Dwnundr’s TCM pack, that needs to be located in the EXE folder and listed under the resouces section of the freelancer.ini file in the EXE folder, the lines highlighted in yellow are the new additions.

    At present i’d say i was at a novice level and now see how much i have to learn about programming. And also it shows me what you guys have created and all the knowledge thats needed. Maybe i can return to this subject in the future when i have a better understanding of it all.

    HardCMP will show you more clearly the placement and direction of the hardpoints, so you can move them more precisely into the position you want.

    Version 23 has direction boxes and arrows to help you better, but it doesn’t work on my old laptop, so I use v18 which doesn’t show the direction arrows.

    You can have several shield mounts, I have used up to 5 on my big ships, placing them 150 metres apart to cover the length/width of the ship. I used 150 metre shield bubbles. You can also design larger shield bubbles for them instead and maybe use 2-3.

    I don’t know if there would be any problems using more shields on a large ship, or the max number, but I didn’t have any troubles with them.

    I can’t help you with the damage stubs, I never used them.

    But someone else will be able to help with that.

    Without any special plugins/hacks you can’t create new hardpoint types, yes.
