well, if you mean where the actual CMPs for the interiors are located, yeah, you found em. if you mean how to tell FL what interiors to use, thats in Universe\Systems\x\Bases\Rooms\x.ini. you define what base interiors are used in those INIs, and then in Universe\Systems\x\x.ini, you point whatever base you want to those files.
