Has anyone upscaled starspheres or planet textures?

Hello!

Upscaling textures for old games, such as our beloved Freelancer, seems to be a really cool thing to do. I found this thread, where people were taking about upscaling textures:

https://the-starport.net/freelancer/fo ... ewtopic.php?topic_id=5420

However I did not find anyone mentioning upscaling starspheres or planet textures. The way I see it, those textures are most noticeable when playing.

Before I get into upscaling those myself (if I'm not too lazy) can I ask if anyone has successful upscaled those already?
