I want to welcome everyone to come visit us at www.efs.redirect.to and check us out. The server is under new leadership, and a lot of changes are being made. For example, we are starting weekly events, from bounty hunts to gun hunts and races. Winner recieves credits and or equipment like a civilian cloak for his or her fighter. We have many new ships that can be purchased, from battle ships and nomad fighters to large trading vessles. Just be aware, we have some of the toughest npc's in the game. Eagle still runs the server, but retired from playing Nostrafu is head admin now. EFS has disbanded. we are trying to get server full again like in the old days.
Log on and see what has changed.

I asked that very question on his forum and got this reply,

"FLAC will still be supported, I've no intention of pulling the plug on that nor on hosting Freelancer. I just stopped playing the game and running a clan is all."

So that's that i guess, moving on...
