Well that doesn't come up now. but this still does:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropiate permissions to access the item. And yet my acc on my computer is admin.

Your anti-virus may have quarunteed it so that it cannot be accessed, look into your AV settings.
