You said a while back that this wasn't working on Nvidia GPU's and that you didn't have one available? Hmm.....well I do have a 980 Ti laying around, switched over to a Vega 64 in December.

I also tried it in Kyushu and Honshu. On the mid level missions I was getting support from level 9 to 11 NPC's, on the top level missions that were paying $150k+ I wasn't getting any support. Pretty sure if I modded in some level 18-19's the game would match them up.

I know this is an old thread but I've been testing this on a test server that I setup running FLHook 2.0.0, it indeed matches the job board to the players rank but it seems that missions where it states that NPC's will meet up to assist you don't seem to have any of these friendly NPC's fighting alongside you. Is this a bug? Or are the hostile NPC's killing the friendly backup before the player even arrives because they are too weak? I was testing this in New York btw.

EDIT: On some of the missions it works, i'm wondering if it has something to do with the game not having high enough level NPC's to match the ones that i'm fighting in those systems.

I'm cheering for you over here, this project looks very challenging but also looks like a significant graphical upgrade.

Hello starport. I'm 30 years young and I've been playing FL since June 2003, have played on many servers including 24/7 Freelancer Universe, Hamburg City, Procyon back in 2010, even briefly played Discovery way back in late 2006 at the time I believe 4.76 was the current version.

Currently working on a mod for a server I'm creating. The offsets for hex editing provided by Adoxa and many others have proven vital so I'd like to give those folks a debt of gratitude for their hard work. My goal is to keep the mod completely FL oriented with as many features packed in as humanly possible.

Hope to work with many of you on this forum in either receiving advice and tutorials or providing that kind of help to others wherever it may be useful!

Yeah definitely very curious with how the FW team is coming along with the DX9 hook developments, seems pretty cutting edge on the coding front.
