im lvl 13, and it says that i need to have a value of 71,000 credits, but my value is over 100,000.
how can i solv this?

keep earning. had that confusing situation often; probably the required worth is not absolute but additional to what you have been on reaching lvl 12 or so.

Now my value is almost 200,000 and i still havent lvl'ed up, could it have anything to do with, that i change the difficulty, but i change it back again?

Since SP has now been mentioned, one cause is installing the official patch part way through the story. The internal mission numbers changed (from Mission 3, iirc), preventing the level from being recognized. A solution is to edit the latest save game, search for MissionNum and add one to it.
