Howdy folks,

Ok so I have got all set up on my new rig and monitor, rocking a Freelancer at 2560x1440 (1440p) and have hudshift installed. The HUD isn't so much an issue, it's the font sizes at that resolution.

See below:

I've tried a few of the presets for fonts.ini & rich_fonts.ini. But they don't resolve the issue.

Can someone explain how to correctly modify the fonts settings so I can fix these fonts?

Freelancer can't find the usual fonts (AgencyFB). You can find and install them from your Freelancer CD.
This happens if you reinstall your Windows without reinstalling Freelancer (and so reinstalling those fonts).

Ahh, that makes sense, I am actually creating a portable Freelancer and was testing it minus installing, thank you!

EDIT: In theory I should be able to amend the font used right?

You'll have a hard time getting fonts that fit properly. Agency FB is unusually narrow.

I'd just bundle the font, it's not really a hassle to install them.
