How function or thing enable\disable chat?

I try to write user command. It disable and enable player's chat. Player can not see any message, after write this command.

This command very usefull when make videos in game, because chat corrupt videos.

How this thing do?

Huh, I know I saw a 'disable system chat' option when playing a few times before. Not sure if the server was running FLAC or FLHook, though.

JFLP has no such option; FL Hack has a "clean" option, but that doesn't appear to affect chat (at least, Console's output still showed up in SP).
