I would like to Make the Hull bar green and the shield bar grey, ive looked around and ive not found anywhere this has been done.
is it possible to do? ... it doesn't seem very complicated to achieve in theroy.

Actually, it won`t work editing those files, i tried.
Those colors are hardcoded into Freelancer.exe . Here are some offsets, from adoxa site : Code: power = #RGBA(0x0d57ae, 0x0d57ad, 0x0d57ac, 0x0d57af)

thanks for responses. seems it might be possible after all but..
>-< more of this strange "offset" talk again... and editing .exe files with odd programs. lol not a clue what it means. since there are 4 number things for each one, i guess they are a number each? for Red Green Blue and Alpha? but.. i dont know how they are read.. lol  guess i'll come back to it later.  (yes i just chickened out.. lol)
