oh, it's already in dds format. gotta get a better dds viewer. my current dds viewer doesn't like FL's dds somehow. thought it was something else.

Is there any way to get planet ground textures from freelancer easily in TGA format?
txm doesn't seem to have anything interesting or probably i have to assemble it manually? i don't get how planet textures works .-.

except if I start the cruise engines which crashes the flserver probably because some differences on freeworlds cruise engine stuff.
EDIT : installing flhook makes cruise works fine.

@Zyos use ENB dx8 to dx9 first before inserting sweetfx, or you can also try http://reshade.me/ as it already has dx8 built in and has quite alot more features and shaderpacks than sweetfx. also theres no depth access so don't expect dof and ao to work correctly.
also about your topic up there, I think nowadays as long as theres shadows and shiny dynamic lighting when firing weapons and/or on every lights then graphics is good.

However I can't get proper cone headlight, how to make a cone headlight? The light seems didn't show up if lightsource_cone below 180.

Already checked on my router, it's off too.
UPDATE : It's now working, it was UPnP. Freelancer thought that the router didn't forwarded the port so the game port forwarded again via UPnP and conflict happens.

Tried fldirectip, GLS Workaround, or manually edit freelancer.ini to gun.fllistserver.com. None of the works.

I'm having issues with Multiplayer in Freelancer, I can't connect to any server (except local server) and every server showing up 0 players even it's not 0 players in in flserver.de and ??? ping.

I'm using Windows 8 and Windows XP (ipv6 disabled and firewall disabled on both OS), and the problem occurs in both OS. My Internet is shared through wifi, I tried to port forward all my ports and DMZ'd my local IP but still can't connect to any server.

Any idea why?

Yeah, I know there's wont be any support for the hook other than FW TOW itself until you released the vanilla ones, I just can't wait for the unlimited dynamic light to play with rather than playing with limited vanilla lights (as the FW TOW demo server itself is down, I can't play with those fancy lights.) and that's why I post it on the Spam Board.

And a Question, if there is 2 suns on a system, will be there 2 shadows?
