The UnderVerse 2.23 (June 24th 2009)
The UV modders have been hard at work during the eight weeks since the first release!
Because of the sheer number of files altered this will be a full release rather than a patch.
With this second release, admin events will begin!
NO player wipes!

Fixes since the 2.22 release (May 5th 2009)
ALL server crashes have been the result of a vanilla sur bug on the Soul Train Freighter. This has now been fixed by Wyno!
Armor is now fixed and available to all players. This also fixes the 'object unknown' in base records
Dozens of infocards updated
The small_wplatform is fixed
Some admin equipment has been adjusted
The music volume at Phenomena's Battleship has been reduced
Infinite power has been removed from all player ships (3 had it)
Missile and torpedo damage radius has been reduced
More ini syntax errors corrected, ongoing project, 90% completed
We have listened to your requests, so planet diving will now hurt or kill you
Sun damage has been increased 100 fold to compensate for the increased armor
The hit points have been increased on the cargo pods, they shouldn't drop off now
Fusion has fixed several ship cmp group names, fixes how certain ships appear in space
Many shiparch changes have been done by Wyno
Cruiser power has been adjusted
Foil has updated the 3rd intro thn
Longsword, UVmole, Katanna, Proteus and ViscousStrike completely revamped
Also the Squid Fighter and several freighters
148 wrecks have been added to the Merchant Alley and Sovereign systems
The Boxer has been upgraded to a class 10 shield
Wyno fixed being able to eject custom items
The clouds have been changed in Aquila, no lag now
Protector shield adjusted
More Defense Turrets have been added to the Roads to Glory
Soupman made us a verbal warning that has been added to Crematoria to clue you NOT to dock there (our prison planet)
Four more Sovereign systems converted to the highest $8.4 million missions (10 now)
Atmosphere burn removed from the asteroids when you jump from the Origin
Removed the word 'Launcher' from the Ensnare Cruise Disruptor
The Center Stage now appears on the NAV map (symbol, not name)
Additional encounters added in a few systems to spice things up
Daedelus renamed to Daedalus
Removed the 'Tractor failure' sound (yay!)
Adjusted a few other pilot phrases
UnderVerse rules have been updated! In the manual, underverse.txt and on the UV site
New sound fixes inserted courtesy of Buck Danny!
Wyno has added some hitpoints to guns and turrets etc to survive the radiation in the Coalsack Graveyard
Five hours of balancing have established the radiation level in the Coalsack Graveyard. Choose your ship wisely.
Thanks to Boom for beta testing! He has bought every ship we have (86) and let the npcs kill him to show that there are no more bad surs.
DwnUndr has flown all 45 systems with new encounters and has visited all 148 wrecks in these systems. No errors.
