basically my issue is pretty straight forward: i cant get a server i want to LAN to show up as a conventional IP address but shows up as "fe80::8b0:" and continues a bit. I'm basically out of ideas and was wondering if anyone else had ran into this problem and could help.

I'm also using windows 10 and i have the game working fine and can connect to other servers. I just want to run my own with my own mods and maybe have a few friends play.

Thanks

That means you're getting IPv6 instead of old IPv4 addresses. I think you might be able to turn off IPv6 support in your network adaptor settings, though expect this to cause issues in future.

Your best bet is to patch freelancer to disable IPv6
