there are not only cloaks but also new systems and it is compatible players that have the mod ; a vanilla server

The problem is that most... well, all, of what you're showing is old news, hardly ground breaking, and fairly generic. Now, if you provided info about the player base, the RP style, the story you have at present, you may get some draw. But showing us cloaks and cap ships when many mods have these features with much more too them, well, it is not going to get you terribly much attention. That being said, I used to play on 24/7 FLU years ago, and back in the day it was one of the better vanilla RP servers. Don't know anything about it today, though.
