Any idea what causes this upon jumping into a system?

I jump into the system and have just enough time to switch to navmap to verify I'm in the right system. Then the client crashes and about 20 seconds later the server dumps.
All bases are addressed in universe.ini, the system and all bases have separate strid_names. Gonna start tearing it apart bit by bit but was hoping someone had experience and knew right away.

You'd have to detail what's your setup when this happens.
If I'm not mistaken, you're using FLAC right? In that case, I'd ask the FLAC guys because that is most definitely something related to it.

I started ripping chunks out of the system involved (tohoku Ku07) until the problem went away.
It looks like it was primarily related to patrol paths so I reviewed those in detail to find that I had deleted all the path_label entries. Once I put those in and labeled them correctly the problem went away. So far so good... I didn't realize that those entries were significant. I thought they were more like comments in the section and not read for some reason.
