I suggest to make so that possibility to make "hack request" was not to all, but only at those who has necessary quantity of points

Requirements for quantity of points are put forward by Admins of TSP.

For example:
1 point - tutorial in "Tutorial sections"
2 points - good looking formatted tutorial in Wiki
3 points - "Perfect Server" tutrial like in HowToForge.com (different configs of how to up freelancer server for online playing)
