You know - a lot depends on the context.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If it is not directed at anyone, then it can be let go. But if it is aimed at someone with clear offence intended then of course no.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is up to the admins to overlook or not if it is in retaliation to the other person commencing hostilities. We have all done this in response, be honest - someone will drive us all to it eventually.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On our servers we uphold 3 rules only:- to play and behave with Fairness, Sportsmanship and Honour towards all other players at all times. Well this could be easily implemented if W0dk4 releases the source for the dx8-9 upgrade. All that has to be done is pull the locations of the ships, render them inside of a sphere mesh onto a render target, then add it as a post-processing effect. It&amp;#039;s the same method I&amp;#039;m going to use. Already tried rendering the mesh directly to the screen but with the inherent matrix instabilities, it shook alot. Same reason a ship shakes at the edge of a system.</description>

Damn, if you haven&amp;#039;t tried this gamma setting yet, you should take a look just out of interest. Fly into the badlands and you wish you could light a candle and stick it on the dashboard it&amp;#039;s so dark, the lightning is really effective all of a sudden, when you fly back out the sun just blinds the hell out of you for a few moments. Much better than bloom.</description>

Well as far as I know you need just one video card if you want to use two monitors.&lt;br /&gt;Using 3 or more monitors will need an additional video card (+ the resolution of the left and right monitor needs to be same if you&amp;#039;re using more then two).&lt;br /&gt;That&amp;#039;s the last info I had.. Maybe it has changed meanwhile.</description>

i was think on working on a server side patch . for a month i was playing around with it with some sucess and failure. the mod i planned to make is this you start off at the rouge base i forgot the name brain fart i guess. well an outcast female finds your escape pod floating in space and returns you there she gives you a dagger and you have to equip it. now i want to put battle ships and nomad order econters. my question is this i used script files to do this can i stiil use those scrit files xml script?now the player chooses to be a rouge or just leave the base with a neautral rep. what happens is the mod crashes when my ship leaves the rouge base . is vthis because of the mod script? i have to wait to build my xp computer my windows 7 does not work with a error checker.</description>

I agree with a lot of what WHY say&amp;#039;s, love his work too, but at the same time, FF makes the best possible point really. Take a look at this place, if it wasn&amp;#039;t for them providing a place where people could actually learn a thing or two about modding freelancer, then how the hell would anyone be able to do it in the first place.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You have to give thanks to the fact that they tell you how to do it, to then gut their mods of materials and use their guides to insert them into your own mod is just pissing in their face. Add to that the fact that someone could come onto their site and #$%% all over them aswell by advertising the fact that they have ripped the materials from their mod and apparently done a better job with them.... Well, in most places that kind of person would no longer have a voice in that place.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Therefore, I have to agree with FF, it&amp;#039;s all about attitude.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As I&amp;#039;ve said before, I really bloody wish they would all get themselves and their materials together and make one almighty starport mod, it might be a clash of personalities and styles but their would be no arguments about who owns what and who has permission to use what, they own it all already. Screw twenty great mods, have one mutha of all to rule all and one community to bring it all together for one last stand.
