Seriously, we&amp;#039;ve been there, we got this far, so why couldn&amp;#039;t anyone else who happens to work with games anyway? Besides, the ambition is less in an uber-mod or let alone a decent player base but really in getting to know what it takes and how it is like to work on a game in the space-sim genre. If you ask me, Freelancer is a very good start and regardless of just how far they get with the FL mod, they&amp;#039;ll quite likely get what they&amp;#039;re looking for just through the process of trying. You wouldn&amp;#039;t expect anything less, would you?</description>

Hello,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are looking to potentially recruit a small amount of staff (subject to change) for our mod: Underworld Evolved, currently in development (intention to release in the New Year) in the run-up to the eagerly anticipated Star Citizen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our mod is set in the year 2156AS and encapsulates a small universe (Acheronian Underworld) hypothetically connected to Sirius Major through a vortex/dimmensional rift. Sirius has fallen through mass infection of Sirian Humans by a bio-mechanical, nomadic parasite; predators, attacking like sea monsters of the old world legends, existing within the body, mind and spirit of a &amp;#039;host&amp;#039; human. Whilst the majority of Sirius&amp;#039;s population has fallen to the parasite, small fragments fled to establish new settlements in a recently discovered underworld,  to recreate their social, economical and political strands once more in the wake of chaos. Marginalised in a small underworld, only the order of time will dictate how long before the hunter becomes, the hunted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Myself and counterpart within [admin] have a combined 8 years of experience as Admin on a successful Freelancer server and have since moved on to begin to develop our own mod, complimented by 6 years of modding experience. Whilst I realise that the player basis for Freelancer is not as it once was and the fundamental part to any mod is the players, we are still very much hopeful that our project will be successful in due course and are keen for your support.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As previously stated, we are looking to recruit a small number of potential staff as [server police] prior to release. I did tinker with vanilla fl some time ago, the zone outside manhatten. It was simple stuff, just upping the density. I thought things started to get a bit messy after around 50 ships, but only when large numbers were spawning at the same time. After they had spawned it was less of an issue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This was some time ago though and likely on my old core2 duo system, and no doubt this would really be dependant upon your system specs. Everyone is going to have a different number for you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How the hell are you going to achieve ballance with that many ships in a fight anyway? Might look cool from a distance but up close and personal it would just piss me off.</description>

Hey Helloween, I&amp;#039;ve already seen your post in unused features and tried it. The jump_done_effect_player adds another effect after jump_in effect so you can have 2 effects, but it still doesn&amp;#039;t work for other players.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;jump_done_effect_nonplayer has no effect since no NPC ever come trough gate.</description>
