Actually the mod has been around about 2 years now. Unfortunately none of the guys that play are modellers and the original creator was forced to retire and left the whole thing in my hands. I have the server up and running with the current version. The bad news is the fact that I've learned just how many problems were hiding in the mod as is and decided to start from scratch bringing in a few new ideas as well as most of the stuff in the current version (rebuilding most of the custom stuff to eliminate the errors). It's alot of work and I don't mind doing it myself as it's a great learning experience. I just need a modeller since I've got enough on my plate and don't want the mod to suffer visually from my lack of time to do it justice.

But yeah I'm not gonna put the whole mod on hold over some stuff that can wait a little while. And yes I'm aware that the mod is not available or widely advertised here, the reason being that there are some major issues with the current version that I didn't see when I was only a player and I feel that with too many players they would cause no end of problems. I will be advertising more after the release of the new version.
